Lindsay has a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capital University. She received her BS in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University in 2006.
She has a decade of experience working in corporate environments in e-commerce and marketing. She has 6+ years of experience as a yoga teacher (RYT).
Lindsay believes that despite what has happened in the past or what is happening in the present you can rewrite your own story by being intentional about your own well-being. You are the expert of you, I only want to help guide you to feeling your best and living the life you deserve.
Lindsay utilizes a person-centered strengths-based approach. Engaging in CBT, DBT and mindfulness.
Lindsay wants to partner with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, postpartum onset of depression, mood fluctuations, and relationship issues for couples. As well as, those struggling with self-worth, body-image, self-care and navigating the transitions of life.
