Mariegeo is a Licensed Social Worker. She earned her bacherlors in Psychology from Capital University and continued on to earn her Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University, with a concentration in community and social justice. 

 

She has experience working with adults, teens, and children. Mariegeo has worked with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. She has worked within community mental health for several years.

 

Marigeo values a client centered approach to therapy. She hopes to help her clients navigate external and internal challenges through evidence based practice, empowerment, and empathy.  She understands that growth is not always linear, and embraces this as part of the journey. She desires to create an atmosphere where her clients are comfortable and safe to explore and grow.
